How To Attend CURE
1. ONLINE APPLICATION
The first step to attend CURE is to complete the online application. Once that is completed, your file is created and the admissions process begins.
2. HIGH SCHOOL / GED TRANSCRIPTS
In order to continue your application to CURE, you must provide verification of your high school diploma or GED.
You can take a photo of your diploma and attach it here to email to email@example.com, deliver it in person, or you may send your transcripts to CURE Admissions, 333 Westchester Avenue, Suite 101W, White Plains, NY 10604.
3. CURE TOUR
Once you have completed the application and provided us with verification of your high school diploma, the next step is to complete the CURE Tour Form. Upon completing the CURE Tour Form, please call us to schedule your CURE Tour!
4. MEDICAL / PATIENT CARE EXPERIENCE
Individuals that apply to CURE are required to demonstrate that they have experience in a patient care setting. This experience can be formal, in the form of direct patient care experience in a medical setting, or it can be information, in the form of caring for a loved one. Applicants with formal medical experience may submit a resume In lieu of this medical experience form. You can email your resume here.
5. WRITTEN APPLICATION & IMMUNIZATION FORMS
You're almost there! A CURE Written Application is now required for all applicants applying to CURE. The Department of Health requires all individuals attending CURE to complete Immunization Records no later than 30 days from the start of class.
6. TOXICOLOGY SCREENING
Applicants must complete a toxicology screening prior to being accepted into the CURE program. Applicants may have this screening completed at CURE for $22.00 or they may elect to have it completed elsewhere and have the results sent to CURE.
7. FUNDING YOUR EDUCATION
You've met the minimum requirements to apply! Now lets work together to help fund your education. Students may elect to participate in CURE Installment Plans that offer 0% Interest for some plans. They may also apply for Federal Aid to consider the grants and loans offered. A non-refundable registration fee of $100 is required prior to starting class during the registration process. Upon acceptance, applicants are required to enroll in person to complete their enrollment agreement and other important documents. It is recommended that all students interested in applying to CURE, do so well in advance of the start of class in order to secure their seat.
